TMA Mondays: Expansions
TMA'ed while listening to $ave Dat Money(feat. Fetty Wap & Rich Homie Quan) by Lil Dicky
Every week, it seems like a new apartment building is constructed in Seattle. Just like there are new buildings, Seattle is experiencing a surge of new restaurants. Even better than the new restaurants though, are when Seattle favorites open new locations. Such is the case for Molly Moon's who opened a Redmond location earlier this year and will now be expanding to Columbia City come next year. Also expanding are Ciudad's and Bar Noroeste's menus. They have started serving lunch and brunch respectively. Starbucks is expanding into the baked goods business for a 2nd time. This time, they are investing in the Italian bakery Princi. Princi stores are open 24 hours and according to Starbuck's press release, offer "everything from light breakfast to impressive dinners". The first new Princi location is planned for Seattle in 2017.
Unfortunately, Bar Sajor went the opposite route of expanding and closed their doors on July 9th.
