Brussel Sprouts and Pancetta Galette

This recipe for a brussel sprouts and pancetta galette is one of those recipes that you can quickly whip up for dinner while impressing your friends and family with your baking prowess. Little do they know, that it is SUPER easy to make. I used store-bought pie dough but you could easily use any pie crust recipe for this.

I normally just throw my brussel sprouts in the oven with some salt, pepper and bacon if I'm feeling funky, but what I really love is the flavor combo you get with this galette. The nuttiness of the brussel sprouts and the slight sweetness of the gruyere give your tastebuds this wonderful layered flavour experience. Plus, who doesn’t love pie crust.
