New Sh*t in Town
Absolute Tea Shop, Capitol Hill - A new tea shop will be opening in Capitol hill this year and they'll be serving cheese tea. Yes you read that right. It’s a Taiwanese food craze that is coming to Seattle. Tea topped with a combination of cream cheese and milk. The tea shop will also be having matcha, bubble tea and light bites.
Med Mix, Central District - While not exactly new, Med mix is back in a new location after closing 5 years ago due to a fire. The restaurant serves gyros, kebabs, felafel and more. Check them out in their new location.
Tamari Bar, Capitol Hill - Tamari bar, sister restaurant to Suika, is a new izakaya bar that just opened in Capitol Hill. Their menu includes items like wagyu beef curry, dan noodles and their shoka do bento box.
