Babirusa, Belltown - Babirusa isn't necessarily new but they are making a comeback in a brand new location and that’s definitely worth noting. Aside from the a la carte menu, they'll have six course chef tasting menu's , a concept brought back from their sister restaurant Blind Pig Bistro that closed in 2016.
Wa'z, Belltown - Seattle has a lot of Japanese cuisine options, ramen, sushi, yakiniku, you name it. One thing it doesn’t have since the re-branding of Naka is Kaiseki. Luckily Wa'z by chef Hiro Tawara is going to change that. What's Kaiseki? It's basically a multi-course Japanese cuisine fine dining experience. The dishes will be seasonal and artful. Intrigued? They'll be open at the end of the month.
