Some quick updates before we get into it. Salt and Straw's Capitol Hill location is now open! That's two Seattle locations where you can get that deliciousness. Evergreen is expanding, with 6 locations in the works including one in International district and one in SeaTac. Aside from Evergreen, there are a slew of new restaurants coming to SeaTac including, Skillet, Sunset Fried Chicken and more.
