I didn’t know this was a thing, but up until yesterday it was illegal for restaurants to sell alcohol before 12:30pm on Sundays. Wild right? Luckily, the "brunch bill" recently went into effect, and now you can enjoy your legal mimosa!

Cream Puff fans will have their own specialty store come next year because Beard Papa's is coming to town. Stay on the lookout for more details close to opening!

On Dec 8th, Schlotzsky's is celebrating Guest Appreciation Day.  Aside from the fact that they'll have an all day $6 meal deal, the first 100 customers get Sandwiches for a year for only $30

Our Pick of the Week

Mangos Caribbean Restaurant, Downtown - Their oxtails are solid! They give you a lot of plantains and they are open late. What more could I ask for?

Star Spangled Oatmeal Cookies - Adapted this cookie recipe for a C-party this week that I was supposed to go to. Ended up stuck in the library studying and 2 dozen cookie son my hand. How did I adapt it? Switch our the cranberry and blueberry with a cup of caramel. Instant success with my teammates.  Try the original or caramel version for yourself!

Doughnut Dollies, West Midtown - Very soon, folks in west midtown will have one more doughnut shop to visit because Doughnut Dollies, a hit in Marietta, is spreading their wings to Midtown. Their 2nd location will be small, but who needs a lot of space to eat a delicious  donut?
